Kupuna Hawai’i is a small Hawai’ian owned apparel company operated by Derek Allen Ho of Derek Allen Ho Graphic Design and his wife and partner Lani J.F. Ho.
Derek who creates the art is a '71 graduate of the Kamehameha Schools, The University of Hawai’i, and ArtCenter College of Design located in Pasadena, CA. respectively.
My design work includes from the early heydays, Deigning for Hawai’ian Style (Reintroduced the petroglyph back into modern day graphics) Local Motion, Gecko Hawai’i, Kanu and the more visible Triple Crown of Surfing …creating Art and art directed art for all of the posters and apparel used for the events for 9 1/2 years.
